Hat smashed in the box. The front of the hat and the sides are smashed. Its straw is very flimsy not flexible to reshape. The color is NOT as pictured more black than red.

Love it. Had to set on a flat surface with a weight on top to flatten out a bit. Front and back got squeezed down in shipping. Slightly larger box, back to front, would alleviate this issue. Otherwise, great hat!
